What physical activities feel like play to you?

Answer: Swimming.

When I swim, I forget the world. I think it is the first mindful activity I ever did, before I knew what mindfulness was. When I swim, all I feel is the water gliding over my body and my thoughts are mostly focused on the sensation of swimming.

This feels like play to me, but also like peace.

My day is always better when I start it with a swim.

Can’t wait for this head cold to vacate my body so I can swim again.
