Day 3 started out great. I woke up feeling more well rested than I have in awhile. No morning cravings or at least not until after I dropped my husband off at the train. Still nicotine-free vaping to deal with cravings and it mostly works. I find I’ll sometimes get another craving shortly after.

During the day, I got cravings at my normal times and now I’m starting to feel ‘normal’ without the nicotine.

Today was easier than yesterday, but I’m still moody. When I get a chance, I’m going to write why I chose to  quit beyond lack of good communication.
